I had a feeling sometimes three people were not given equal opportunity to talk and process. I would have preferred some tooling or exercises like nvc or dtr for us to take with us and continue healing. Overall the intro and conversations were valuable for our family.

Dr. Manjula is a dependable professional. The sessions with her reflect her knowledge and experience. This is not to say that she follows a set pattern, instead, she is very aware of the client's needs. I have been to several therapists and Dr. Manjula was the first ever therapist I felt so comfortable with. She has a judgement-free approach and is very solution-oriented in a way that she helps you find solutions or address the issues you're facing on your own.
